Emīls focuses on M&A and debt advisory projects in various industries, most notably manufacturing, retail and wholesale of goods. His recent transactions include sale of largest Baltic wholesaler of car tires Latakko to Scandinavian holding Nordic Tire Group AB, sale of metal processing company EMJ Metāls to American Amari Metals and sale of label printing business Impaks to Italian label group Tikedo.

 

Prior to joining Auctus Capital Emīls started his corporate finance career working in Audit and Advisory departments at KPMG.

Emīls holds BA (Hons) in Business Management and Accounting and Finance from the Nottingham Trent University (UK).
