Auctus Capital is an M&A and Debt advisory company based in Riga, Latvia, founded in 2010 by three partners with an established track record in the Latvian and Baltic corporate finance industry.
Our specialty is M&A advisory, debt advisory deals across Baltic states.
In the past decade we have helped our clients with Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt & restructuring services, strategy & management consulting, CFO services, conducting market research, business valuation, specific financial analysis or preparing the necessary documentation to attract funding.
Our clientele includes fast-growing Corporates from Baltics, their shareholders as well as investment funds from CEE and Scandinavia.

Mr. Arvids Usca
Co-founder and Auctus Capital Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Usca established and exited one of the largest dairy processing company in Latvia and has gained extensive experience in management, strategic planning, business development and marketing. Mr. Usca is also an expert in the investment management, value added and realization phases.
Mr. Martins Blukis
Co-founder and Auctus Capital Member of Board. Mr. Blukis has experience of more than 20 years in M&A and corporate finance. Mr. Blukis has participated in some of the largest M&A and capital raising transactions in region as well as served as Board member and advised many notable Latvian company’s.
Mr. Eriks Rengitis
Partner at Auctus Capital with over 12 years of M&A and corporate finance experience. He has extensive experience in equity, debt and mezzanine finance raising in wide range of industries. Eriks has been involved in initiating and executing corporate finance deals, valuation of various investment projects and transaction structuring.
