Kaspars holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Previously, Kaspars gained extensive experience as an audit analyst in a financial consulting company and as a KYC specialist in a bank in Riga. In addition, Kaspars has gained experience as an insurance specialist in an insurance company.

Kaspars has a deep interest in the financial sector and currently specialises in corporate finance as an audit analyst.
