Kaspars holds a BSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

He has gained extensive experience as an audit analyst at a financial consultancy firm and has also worked as a client research specialist at a bank. Additionally, Kaspars has experience as an insurance specialist at an insurance company.

In his free time, Kaspars enjoys traveling and engaging in various sports activities.
