Biogas Plant Asset Sale

At the end of this summer, a transaction was completed in which SIA “Next Biogas”, part of the Dutch “HoSt Group”, acquired the biogas plant assets owned by SIA “Ekorima” in Lēdurga Parish, Latvia.

Auctus Capital represented the seller in this transaction. The deal also marked the conclusion of Auctus Capital’s long-standing relationship with SIA “Ekorima”, which began in 2010 when Auctus Capital arranged financing for the construction of the biogas plant.


As part of the asset sale, Auctus Capital secured the buyer, coordinated negotiations and facilitated the agreement of the letter of intent, the sale and purchase agreement and other related documentation. These activities were particularly important during the final stages of the transaction.
