Lithuanian company acquires "Kravas auto evakuātors"

The buyer of the vehicle towing business was the Lithuanian company UAB "Easy Assistance", and the seller was SIA "LK Pro". As part of the transaction, 100% of the capital shares of SIA "Kravas auto evakuātors" were sold.

Auctus Capital represented the seller in this transaction. As part of the deal, AC led negotiations and meetings with the buyer's representatives regarding the transaction structure and price, ensured the flow of information between the seller, the buyer, and its engaged consultants, prepared reports and financial statements for transaction evaluation and price argumentation, ensured the preparation and signing of the letter of intent, coordinated and concluded the share purchase agreement, prepared and compiled the necessary information for the due diligence process, coordinated the escrow account agreement, and monitored compliance with its terms.

With the acquisition of the "Kravas auto evakuātors" business, the company has become the leading provider of vehicle towing services in the Baltic States.
