Real Estate Fund acquires a network of storage facilities

As a result of the transaction, the largest network of storage facilities in Riga will be created together with the building of the former entertainment centre "Go Planet", which is already owned by the Foundation. With the Box Storage transaction and after the initial conversion of the Go Planet building into a storage complex, the Foundation will own approximately 2,000 individual storage units in Riga covering at least 10,000 square metres.
